What commission does IFXBIT charge?

A commission of 0,1% of the asset value is charged after a user closes a deal. In other words, once you close your deal, you get the asset value minus 0.1%. You don’t pay anything when opening a deal, so you can place or cancel orders with no commission.

What is the desired amount to deposit for trading cryptocurrencies?

Why am I unable to withdraw my money?

There can be several reasons for that:

- withing the past 72 hours, you made a deposit from a Yandex.Money account that had not been used before;

- within the past 24-48 hours you made a deposit from a Qiwi account that had not been used before;

- you have insufficient funds for withdrawal;

- the cryptocurrency deposit has not been confirmed completely by the network;

- the limit on the number of withdrawals per day has been exceeded;

- the user has made no deals on the exchange;

- suspicious activity has been detected in your account. Withdrawals can be restricted for the security measures. In this case, you need to contact the customer support service.

1. You will by notified about it by email. If you did not request a password change, then you need to contact the support service.

2. Suspicious activity has been detected in your account. Withdrawals can be restricted for the security measures. In this case, you need to contact the customer support service.

How to withdraw money from IFXBIT account?

To withdraw money, you need to go to the Deposit and Withdrawal web page choose the currency that you want to withdraw and type in the amount to be withdrawn.

A trader places an order and sets the price which he wants to buy or sell the cryptocurrency at. If there is another trader who wants to conclude a deal on the specified conditions, then the deal is made and the cryptocurrency is transferred from one trader to another.

The Market Depth charts shows transactions of other traders. A red chart depicts sell deals while a green chart indicates buy deals.

Can I save my account with my customized chart settings?

Yes, you can do it. There is Import/Export chart settings option on the IFXBIT platform.
